Professional Liability Insurance

A professional liability insurance is maintained with Markel Insurance SE, Sophienstr. 26, 80333 München, which at least fulfils the statutory requirements pursuant to Section 59j of the German Federal Lawyers Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung – BRAO).

Consumer dispute resolution

Wenninger & Inhester Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB does not take part in a dispute resolution mechanism before any consumer arbitration service (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
